Wine Fest's Silent Auction plays a vital part in the success of this fund raising event. Last year, our Silent Auction raised over $12,000 to benefit people with all kinds of disabilities.
All donors will be recognized in the Wine Fest program and on the Wine Fest website.

Donation Form
To contribute to the Wine Fest silent auction:
1. Please complete the correct donation form (Wine/Other Items) and follow the instructions for submitting the form.
2. Donation forms are due by March 2nd, 2012.
3. Please include the retail value of the donation, and a suggested starting bid for the item.

Donation Delivery
It would be greatly appreciated if contributors would deliver donated Silent Auction items by March 15, 2012 to the address listed on the donation form.

Maximize Bidding on your Silent Auction Donation
Auction items will be listed on the Wine Fest website so guests can virtually browse through the auction prior to the event. Here are some tips to help maximize bidding on your silent auction item:
1. Provide a clear, JPEG color photograph of your item, a detailed donation description or JPEG file of your logo.
- Photographs and logos may be emailed to Wine Fest Silent Auction Donation.
2. Include the retail value of the donation.
3. Include a suggested starting bid for the item.
